The first “official” practice for JH Field Hockey will be August 14, 2023 at the Little League Field in Dallas (on the upper field).  Practice begins at 8:00am and ends at 9:45am, please bring the following items with you: WATER, field hockey stick, shin guards, mouth guard, running shoes, field hockey cleats and a towel.
