2026 PIAA “Fall” Sports Physicals

Geisinger Sports Medicine will conduct PIAA Sports Physicals for fall athletes on Saturday, May 30th from 8:00am-12:00pm.  All athletes must be signed in by 11:30am in order to receive a physical.  Athletes must come prepared with a “completed” PIAA Physical Form including parent and student signatures on Sections 1-5.
