Dallas Unified Champions

Dallas Unified Champion Sports is a high school Special Olympics program that forms a bond and creates friendships between students with and without disabilities. Students complete and plan whole school engagement activities throughout the school year and participate in track and field during the spring. Dallas Unified Champion Sports Club meets every Wednesday and is something to truly look forward to each week. Dallas Unified is a place to have fun and be yourself. On December 12 – 16th of 2022, Dallas Unified Sports Club held a Disability Awareness Week. The Unified Club sold lollipops to fundraise and had activities for students to understand what it’s like to have disabilities such as Dyslexia, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and ADHD.
