Courtney Paden is excited to serve as the Director of Special Education for the Dallas School District. A graduate of Wyoming Area, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Bloomsburg University, a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Wilkes University, and a Supervisory Certificate in Special Education from Delaware Valley University. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience working in both the Hanover Area School District and Stroudsburg High School.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, early morning workouts with her gym crew, and cheering on her children in all of their activities and passions. She resides in Dallas with her husband, Dave, and their two children, Drue and Reid.
