PIAA Sport Physicals for “Fall” 2023

The Lehigh Valley Health Network will be providing PIAA sports physicals for the “Fall” 2023 season.  The date for the physicals is JUNE 27, 2023 from 4:30pm-8:00pm and they are free of charge.  All students in grades 7-12 participating in a Fall sport (cheerleading, cross country, field hockey, football, golf, soccer, tennis, volleyball) must have a completed PIAA physical (CIPPE) before the beginning of the season, August 14. 

All teams have been assigned a specific time slot for their physicals, please make every effort to come during your teams assigned time. There are no appointments or sign-up slots. Please bring a PIAA Physical Form with sections 1-5 completed including student & parent signatures.  PIAA Physical Forms are located on the website, nurses office, main office and athletic office.

Team Assigned Times:

4:30pm – Volleyball (DHS girls & DMS) / Field Hockey (DHS & DMS)

5:30pm – Soccer (DHS & DMS boys/DHS & DMS girls)

6:30pm – Golf (DHS & DMS) / Cross Country (DHS & DMS) / Tennis (DHS girls)

7:30pm – Cheerleading (DHS & DMS) / Football (DHS & DMS)
