All athletes must be in line NO LATER than 6:00pm

Guidelines:

In order to receive a physical, all student athletes MUST have a completed and signed PIAA CIPPE Physical Form (Sections 1-6 signed by parent and athlete).

Vision will be checked, please bring glasses.
