Visual and Performing Arts

Dallas School District offers music, theater, and visual arts opportunities throughout grades K-12. All of our schools offer music and art classes, and on average, our middle school and high school both put on two productions every year.

The Performing Arts Center at Dallas High School

The Performing Arts Center is a 1,400 seat facility which serves not only the high school students and faculty, but is also an extension of the Dallas School District curriculum. It provides opportunities for our school community to experience and demonstrate an understanding and appreciation for the arts along with fostering an awareness of career opportunities in the arts. Our school community is invited to utilize the Performing Art Center to showcase student accomplishments in all areas of the arts, including dance, theater, choral concerts, instrumental concerts, and to display their achievements in the Pennsylvania State Curriculum Standards.
