Celebrate Music In Our Schools Month at Dallas
Kindergarten Registration Kick-Off
Dallas School District
Dallas School District is situated on our 100+ acre campus in the heart of the Back Mountain. It serves children residing within an approx. 50 mile radius including the communities of Dallas Borough & Township, Franklin Township & Kingston Township.
Examples of “Sumi-E” (Japanese Black Ink Painting) adorn the halls of WPC. Well done K-2 students, under the direction of Miss Myers!
Hunter Carpenter represented DMS at String Fest on Violin. 2 students auditioned and qualified for the advanced Middle School Jazz Fest. 4 students were selected to participate in the traditional middle school Jazz Fest. 4 students selected for the honors Band Fest, 21 students selected to participate in the traditional Band Fest. Luzerne County Band - 8 DMS band students selected to represent us at Luzerne County Band
The students of Wycallis participated in a week-long PTO Penny War. They were able to contribute to their grade level team and also sabotage the other grades. Overall, the students at Wycallis raised over $3,500 dollars and between both buildings raised $5,342.57. Great Job students.

As a part of the Wyoming Valley Conference, Dallas School District offers 14 PIAA sanctioned sports programs throughout the school year.
Clubs & Organization
Our clubs and co-curricular activities are set up to add to the educational experience of our students and help students develop social skills, relationship-building skills, time management skills, self-esteem, commitment, and explore their interests.
Visual & Performing Arts
Dallas School District offers music, theater, and visual arts opportunities throughout grades K-12. All of our schools offer music and art classes, and on average, our middle school and high school both put on two productions every year.
