Facility Use

Dallas School District’s Board of School Directors acknowledge that schools are funded by the taxpaying community.

Therefore, the Board will make the District’s facilities available for public use providing the requested events do not interfere with regular school operations.

Dallas School District’s facilities available for public use, providing the requested events do not interfere with regular school operations. Facilities that are available by request include building interiors (classrooms, auditorium, commons), building exteriors (fields, parking lots), and athletic facilities (natatorium, gymnasiums, stadium).

Application Information

Performing Arts Center at Dallas High School

Performing Arts Center at Groups requesting use of the Performing Arts Center should first complete a facility request form. If applicable, and after initial administrative approval of the event, a Performing Arts Center contract will be drawn up and sent to the requesting group. The contract must be signed and returned with the appropriate deposit. Upon receipt, the event will be put on the next board agenda for official board approval.
