First Year Faculty Report

Eleven new faculty members, six (6) first year Dallas Teachers, one long-term sub (1) and four(4) who previously served as Dallas long-term substitutes continue to participate in our year-long induction program.  A mid-year meeting was conducted recently with first year teachers to review the mentor/mentee program and common questions related to Level I – Level II Certification, tenure, and support needs.  New teachers also shared experiences, accomplishments, and goals for the remainder of the year and beyond.
